Introduction to the installation steps of the full-height turnstile at the pedestrian access gate construction site

1. Prepare tools and parts:

Tools: Allen wrench, Phillips screwdriver, socket wrench, etc.

Select auxiliary parts according to the packing list.

2. Positioning and drilling:

After determining the hole position, use tools such as impact drill to drill holes.

Pre-embed N*13 M10 expansion bolts (or select M12 burst screws according to specific models and requirements).

3. Assemble the frame and parts:

First put the multi-faceted frame, single-faced frame, top box, round shell and bottom bracket.

Assemble the top box and bottom bracket, paying attention to the direction of the top box.

Install the gate rod on the bottom bracket, paying attention to the direction of the gate rod.

Push the whole thing inward, install the round shell on the top box, and adjust the gate rod position again.

4. Fixing and installation:

Mark the fixed space of the bottom bracket and the frame.

Remove some components, drill holes and install expansion screws (or burst screws).

Reassemble and fix all parts.

5. Electrical connection and testing:

Connect the wires according to the wiring diagram and ensure that the reader wire and power wire are correctly connected.
